I'm not sure what to call this dinner, but it was fantastic.
I warmed up a whole wheat
flatbread and added a grilled
Tj's Chile lime chicken burger. Topped off with some spicy hummus, red pepper and artichoke
tapenade, mixed greens, shredded carrots, and some feta.
The little burger was hiding under it's salad topping.
Dinner was finished off with a little suckle pear, three or four bites is all it takes.
