I haven't had one of my grainy pancakes in a while. It sounded like the perfect thing this morning, specially with a mug of vanilla apricot white tea.
In the batter:
2 TB. Bob's apple cinnamon hot cereal
2 TB. oat bran
1 TB. oats
3 egg whites
dash soymilk
1 TB. pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp. baking soda
dash salt, cinnamon, and vanilla
a few dark chocolate chips
mix together
cook in a non stick skillet on both sides
Pumpkin 10 grain protein pancakes
Topped with
Tj's almond flax nut butter
sprinkle of unsweetened coconut
drizzle of pure maple syrup
sprinkle of Tj's low fat almond vanilla granola (for a little crunch)
