Workout
I went to the gym today and did some upper body resistance training with heavy weights, along with 40 min. on the stairs. Why are the stairs so hard? I had to really mentally push through it. My body was telling me to slow down and go for less time. But my mind conquered and I worked for the entire 40 min. doing intervals.
Dinner
Leftovers re invented.
I took last nights leftover Mexican casserole, the one that was soggy, and turned into a new dinner tonight. It actually firmed up from last night and was even better the second time around.
I added some lettuce, crushed baked tortilla chips, and some homemade salsa that grandma (who lives next door) brought by. She makes some delicious salsa every fall. I also had a few peppercini's, I go through periods of craving pickles and peppercini's.
