While it was raining I spent sometime catching up on recipes, and looking for some cooking inspiration for my next project.
We also went to the local farmers market yesterday. Rain or shine if there's a farmers market my mom and I are always there.
They had a good variety of produce. I picked up some lovely fresh pimento's, which I have never seen at a farmers market or even at the grocery store.
It was a smaller farmers market but a decent size with your usually farmers market fair.
