I feel like I haven't had oatmeal in such a long time, well maybe a week or so. Oh wait I had it over the weekend.
Anyway I enjoyed it very much this morning.
In the mix: (serving for two)
1 cup oats
1/4 cup Bob's cinnamon apple hot cereal
dash salt
1.5 cups hot water
splash soymilk
Topped with
diced banana
marionberry all fruit spread
I'm off to dancers workout and kickboxing. I missed last week since I had to work, so today will probably kick my butt.
