Workout
Yet again I hit the gym today. I've been going to the gym a lot more lately versus working out at home or outside due to scheduling. Today I did some upper body resistance training using my own body weight. I then hit the elliptical for 15 min. but I just didn't feel like I was getting a good enough workout, no matter how hard I worked. So I jumped on the stairs for 25 min. where I got a nice good sweaty heart pumping workout.
Dinner
I loved how easy dinner was tonight. I roasted up some sweet potato chunks tossed in some salt and oregano. I also had some leftover rotisserie chicken all served up with a little Dijon mustard and ketchup for dipping.
