Power oats for my big Wednesday workout.
1/4 cup oat bran
2 TB. Bob's spice n nice hot cereal
1/3 cup water
1/4 tsp. chia seeds
1/4 of a sliced banana
mix together
Topped with
Yogi walnut spice granola
Whole oats peanut butter raisin granola
It's Wednesday so I'm off in a little bit to dancers workout (which is a mix of pilates and ballet, focusing on abs and legs) and then turbo kickboxing.
