Applesauce makes everything better

Oats in a pool of applesauce, yum.
1/4 cup oats
2 TB. Bob's apple cinnamon hot cereal
1/4 cup water
mix together

Topped with
warmed up applesauce
almond butter
and a few chunks of Great Harvest raspberry non fat whole wheat muffin
