This morning I was feeling like a simple cold bowl of cereal.
In the mix was
Kashi whole wheat biscuits
Tj's low fat mixed berry granola
Bear Naked banana walnut cereal
Whole oats peanut butter raisin granola
Topped with
1/4 of a diced apricot (it was a little over ripe)
Tj's almond flax butter
blueberries
sprinkle of unsweetened coconut
couple splashes of
soymilk (I like my cereal very dry)
I also had my usual scrambled egg whites and tea.
