Mmmmm, this has become one of my favorites lately. I made a taco salad mixing up a can of
Tj's spicy black bean dip and a can of
refried beans. Simple but spicy and beanie.
Featuring one of my favorite
salsas.
To make the taco salad I assembled a bed of romaine lettuce, beans, salsa, reduced fat mozzarella cheese, and crushed baked blue corn chips. Nothing too monumental, but equally fantastic.
