Workout
I told you my glutes and legs would be feeling yesterday's workout. I did a bootcamp workout this morning that involved a lot of warmup and stretching, which really helped. But come about 2pm my muscles had tightened up and I was more sore then I was this morning. There has been a lot of stretching going on this afternoon and evening. I'm trying to work it out for tomorrow.
Dinner
As dusk begin to set, dinner begun being prepped.
Over the weekend I received a huge bag of butternut squash from my parents. I broke it out of the vegetable bin and got started on chopping it all up. Some of it was for dinner and the rest I cut into chunks and froze it for later.

I sliced up some sweet potato and added that to my butternut squash. All of it was drizzled with a little olive oil and seasoned with pink sea salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
I roasted everything in the oven at 375 degrees for about 45min.
Paired with a chicken breast I picked up from the store that was stuffed with some Gruyere cheese and mushrooms. The chicken is huge so I cut it into half once it was done cooking. I saved the other half for another meal. I also enjoyed a little cranberry orange relish leftover from Thanksgiving.
