One of the other kitchen purchases I made the other day was a pan to make baked donuts. I had seen these on other blogs before and really wanted to try them.
Besides donuts not being healthy at all, I feel like all you taste is that gross oil.
I followed the recipe on the back of the pan substituting half of the
flour for whole wheat pastry flour and adding 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree.
