It's Monday again and time for pancakes!
Protein pancake
3 egg whites
2 TB. oat bran
2 TB. Bob's apple cinnamon hot cereal
2 TB. oats
1/4 tsp. baking soda
mix together
I added frozen blueberries to one side of the pancake
Topped with
almond butter
1/4 of a diced apricot
drizzle of maple butter
sprinkled with Bear naked banana walnut cereal
