Friday after work I went to the fancy gym and did some upper body resistance training and some abs. I finished with 30 min. on the stairs, which was a tough workout since I hadn't done it in weeks.
After I showered I ran some errands. My first stop was Whole Foods for an early dinner.
For dinner I got a teriyaki chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies.
